He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Wallace Hill Sr. and Charlotte Hill; and his sister Arden Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ellen Hill of Todd; his daughters, Barbara Heidt (Michael) of Virginia and Meredith English (Brian) of Ohio; and his stepchildren, Christopher Sorensen (Vibeke) of Denmark and Barbara Jean Sorensen of Brevard. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
