He was predeceased by: his parents, Cubie William Kiser and Daisy Mae Bennett Kiser; his son William Grant Kiser; his father-in-law Winfred "Wimp" Roberts; and his siblings-in-law, Karel Jean Roberts, Rock Oldham and Jerry Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Roberts Kiser; his daughters, Samantha Ann Kiser and Crystal Dawn Tuttle; his grandchildren, Gracie Kiser, Colby Kiser, Tyler Edwards and Trevor Edwards; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Roberts (Kathy), Alan Roberts (Susan), Jan Roberts Hodges, Terri Roberts Oldham and Lisa Beasley (Mike); and his mother-in-law Sarah Long Roberts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to Stoney Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or to Trellis Supportive Care.
