She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Ezekiel Roberson, Jr. and Martha Excelle Roberson; her brother David Earl Roberson (Shirley); and her son Steven Michael Beard. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Beard (Sherry) of Lenoir, NC and David Beard (Sherri) of Raeford, NC.; and her grandchildren, Kyle Beard (Whitney) of North Carolina, Kasey Byrd (Robbie) of North Carolina and Devinne Burnette of North Carolina. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
