She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee and Wilma Bibey Johnson; and her husband Michael S. Tyhanic. She is survived by: her sons, Bascom "Jonathan" (Shannon Johnson) of Foxfire and Stephen "Jake" Tyhanic of Whispering Pines; her granddaughters, Kayla Johnson, Willow Johnson and Adeline Johnson of Foxfire; and her siblings, Debbie Williams of Vass, Gary Johnson of Raleigh and Lanny Johnson of Carthage.
