With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vanda E. Gatti of Whispering Pines, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfredo Monzeglio and Yolanda Monzeglio; her husband Ray; and her great grandchildren, Milo Sanders and Elsie Gatti.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond R. Gatti (Joanne) of Sanford, Michael F. Gatti (Jan), Southern Pines and Lynn Speer (Clayton) of Carthage. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She served on the board of directors for the Whispering Pines Thrift Shop for many decades, helping to raise and donate money for those in need throughout Moore County and beyond.
