He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Hall and Kate Roney Barnwell; his brother James Mason Barnwell; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Elizabeth Barnwell. He is survived by: his niece Kathy Barnwell Wilkins (George); and his nephew Ron Barnwell (Martha).
