She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Riddle and Edith Allen Riddle; and her husband Everette "Butch" Blackwell. She is survived by: her sons, Tony Blackwell of Green Creek and Terry Blackwell (Lori) of Worcester, Mass.; her grandchildren, Taylor Blackwell (Loretta) and Rebecca Loubier (William); her great grandchild Amelia; and her brother Carroll Riddle (Joyce) of Green Creek.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mill Creek Church (28722, 1401 Coxe Rd, Tryon, NC 28782).
In her memory, memorial donations may be made to the local Humane Society.
