She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve James Culbreth and Mary Florence Tucker; and her brothers, Dan Edwards, Jr. William Edwards (Gloria) and Lawrence Edwards. She is survived by: her daughters, Priscilla Owens Bennett, Jalisa Tucker and Christina Tucker; her grandchildren, Simona Bennett, Kai'lanii Holliday, Kymberlai and Kaiden Lucus; her great grandchildren, Jadaiya Mack and Elijah Peart; her great great grandchild Greyson Smith; and her friend Delores Miller. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas AME Zion Chapel (5673 NC-53, White Oak, NC 28399). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas AME Zion Church (5673 NC-53, White Oak, NC 28399). A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Rock Fish Memorial Park (4017 Gillespie St, Fayetteville, NC 28306).
