He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Vernon Breen and Agnes Lucille Geris Breen; his wife Barbara Jean D. Breen; and his sister Jane Breen. He is survived by : his children, Patricia Ann Woodard (Dennis) of Whiteville and Robert Christopher Breen of Needmore, PA; his grandchildren, Kellie Marie Breen, Katie Lynn Woodard, Nicole Jean Breen, Melissa Ann Breen Seiders (Ryan) and Robert Christopher Breen, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Camden William Christopher Sowers, Rylie Lynn Sowers, Randy William Sowers, III, Scarlet Xyla Seiders, Hazel Lyla Seiders, Grey Silas Seiders and Saige Isla Seiders; and his brother David A. Breen (Betty) of Virginia Beach, VA..
