She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blackburn and Geraldine Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Oliver Powell; her children, Brooke Campbell of Wilmington, N. C., Eric Sean Powell of Clayton, N. C., Patrick O Powell Jr. (Jackie) of England and Clinton Bradley Campbell (Dana) of Fairfax, V. A.; her siblings, John Robert Blackburn, Jr. (Brandy) of Wilmington, N. C. and Robin B. Holt of Whiteville, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Caleb Campbell, Cooper Campbell, Wyatt Powell, Jase Powell and Preston Honeycutt.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church located at 201 S. Thompson St. Whiteville NC 28472.
