It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Thompson Davis (Whiteville, North Carolina), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Thompson and Zadie Pope Thompson; her spouse Stancil Ray Davis; her son Johnny Ray Davis; her son-in-law Dwight Callahan; and her brothers, Frank Thompson and Joseph Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley D. Callahan of Whiteville, Juanita M. Coulson (Gordon) of Sunset Beach and Daniel Jeff Davis (Teresa) of Whiteville; her daughter-in-law Cindy Davis of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Michelle Tremaine (Scott), Brad Davis and Shad McLean (Jessica); and her great grandchild Caleb Tremaine.
