She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton E. Baldwin and Sarah Blackburn Baldwin; and her sister Victoria Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Robert Bell; her son Grayson Bell; her sister Amy B. Bailey (Sammy) of Whiteville; her nephew Landon Bailey (Lala) of Carrboro; and her niece Addie Bailey of Whiteville.
