He is survived by: his mother Anna Blackwelder; his brothers, Seth Blackwelder, Izaak Blackwelder and Jason Blackwelder; his father Johnathan Callihan; his grandparents, Candace, John Bernheisel, Laura, Michael O'Connor, William Efird, Nancy, Johnny Callihan, Gayle and Eddie Melvin; his aunts and uncles, Wayne "Uncle TT" Efird, Angella Efird, Jennifer Efird, Dillon Bernheisel, Amy, PJ Busque, Heather and Ken Gregory; his cousin Finn Gregory; and his aunts and uncles, Robbie, Virginia Teachey, Rusty Teachey, Kimberly, Bob King, Steven Callihan, Robin Callihan, Jonnie Griffis, Sherry, Michael Hair, Junior Callihan and Becky Callihan.
