He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dawson Beck and Mary Kathaleen Andrews; and his brothers, Horace Beck and Jack Beck. He is survived by: his wife Clara Coleman Beck; his children, Donna McCrackin of Nichols, SC and Travis Beck of Mullins, SC; and his brothers, James Dale Beck of Nakina, NC and Bobby Ray Beck of Clarendon, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Christian Harvest Center (10526 Hallsboro Rd S, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at the Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
