He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sadler Gore and Mary Magdeline Ward Gore; and his siblings, Daniel Gore and Linda Floyd. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Gore Brown and Allison Gore Brown; his grandchildren, Madison Brown and Sophia Brown; his nephew Scott Floyd (Lori); and his nieces, Crystal Gore (Paul), Tiffani Borgers (Ted) and Natasha Gore.
