He was predeceased by : his father Michael Joseph O'Rourke; his wife Judy Lynn O'Rourke; and his siblings, Florence Alice Ullom and William "Bill" O'Rourke. He is survived by : his children, Catherine McFarland (David) of Atlanta, GA, Mitzie Dodge (Bruce) of Louisville, KY, Christine Margaret Sauls (John) of Whiteville, NC, Edward Hugh O'Rourke, Jr. (Rachel) of Louisville, KY and Timothy Richard O'Rourke (Colleen) of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ted, Mikayla, Mitchell, Benlyn, Michael, Katie, Hanna, Jacque, Kimmie, Brian, Patrick and Kelly.
