In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Elmer leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Elmer may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Glenn Skipper and Daisy Ward Skipper; his siblings, Garland "Bill" Skipper, Douglas M. Skipper of Whiteville, N. C. and Marie Boyce; his grandson Jacob Causey; and his great grandchild Mason Causey.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamala R. Skipper of Whiteville, N. C.; his grandsons, Matthew Causey (Brooke) and Kaleb Green; and his great grandchildren, Braelynn Causey and Ryleigh Causey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Peacocks Chapel (1227 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
