He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Sarvis and Dorothy Sarvis; and his son-in-law Harry "Sonny" Hart Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Sarvis; his children, Melissa Hart and Jamie Sarvis (Emily); his grandchildren, Josh, Madison (Colvet), Mia, Logan and Lily; and his siblings, Ferbee Sarvis, Judy Barefoot, Jimmy Sarvis and Annette Smith. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Peacocks Chapel (1227 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
