Smoak Jr. (Tammy) and Phillip D. Smoak (Michelle); her grandchildren, Ty W. Smoak (Chloe Sharpe) and Morgan D. Smoak; her siblings, Rebecca "Billie" Floyd, Ann T. Bennett, Ben Thomas (Pam) and Tammy T. Moore (Bobby); and her sister-in-law Mary S. Hogan.
