It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Herbert Mincey of Whiteville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Walter Berry Mincey and Kathleen Marie Luffman Mincey; and his wife Glenyce Kay Stewart Mincey. He is survived by : his daughters, Melanie M. Sherrill (Michael) of Leland; his grandchildren, Christian Gurgainus, Madison Smith, Cameron Gurgainus and Chandler Smith; and his sister Judy Mincey of Brunswick, NC..
