She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Hezekiah Bowen and Amanda Smith Bowen; her husbands, Michell Ray Piver and Kent Delane Bullard; her son Patrick "Pat" Delane Bullard; her siblings, Doris Hart, Joanne Long, Martha Simmons, Hubert Bowen, Robert Bowen and Betty Jo Etheridge; and her great grandchild Andrew Daniel Gralak.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Davis, Sue Irving, Mike Bullard and Sandra Blake; and her siblings, Yvonne McPherson and Jack Bowen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
