He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prostinak and Margaret Prostinak. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Dottie); his stepchildren, Kenneth P. Henderson (La Donna) of Colorado Springs and Melissa A. Page of Concord, NC; and his grandchildren, Matthew P. Page, Brittany McClure, Samantha B. Henderson, Sheridan Ferrand, Megan N. Henderson and Mackenzie L. Page. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
