She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Long Etheridge and Levi "Rowe" Etheridge of Crusoe; and her siblings, Munroe Etheridge, Betty Ann Gore and Mary Elizabeth Etheridge.
She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughter Sarah; and her sister Willadean Etheridge (Jackie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Peacock Funeral Home Chapel (1227 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to the Angel House Hospice Care Center or the Columbus County Animal Shelter are requested.
