She is survived by: her sons, Dana Elton Long of Wiscasset, ME and Derek James Long; her brother William M. Suggs of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Derek James Long, Eric J. Long, Dustin Long and Peyton Long; her great grandchildren, Rhett Long, Kathryn Long, Sansa Long and Bentley Long; Lisa of Tabor City. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Whiteville Memorial Cemetery (1013 James B White Hwy N, Whiteville, NC 28472).
