He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ward Hodge; his children, Joseph Ward, Shannon Knitie and Billie Jean Bunch; and his grandchildren, Porshia Ward, Zachary Spivey, Jospeh Ward, Shannon Knitie, Isabella Knitie and Jessie Bunch.
