It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena Jane Jacobs (Whiteville, North Carolina), born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Manley Jacobs and Geneva Freeman Jacobs; her husband Archie Jacobs; and her siblings, Videll White, Etta Bea Melton, William Allen Jacobs, Billy Jacobs and Carson Jacobs.
She is survived by : her sons, Archie Ray Jacobs (Sherry) and Robin Jacobs (Rhonda); her sister Carlene Allen; her grandchildren, Eric Jacobs (Crystal), Crystal Coyle (William), Derek Jacobs, Ethan Jacobs, Jennifer Dorman and Brittany Dorman; and her great grandchildren, Rianna Graham, Landon Coyle, Gracie Coyle, Dillan Cartrette, Jase Dorman, Taylor Cartrette, Creed Canady, Annalee Jacobs and Callen Jacobs.
