He is survived by: his parents, Randy Thomas and Peggy Slack Thomas of Chadbourn, N. C.; his close friend Marjorie Lanier Thomas "Joi"; his son Holden E. Thomas of Whiteville, N. C.; his siblings, Alan Thomas of Chadbourn, N. C. and Courtney Register (Lee) of Whiteville, N. C.; his nieces, Tru Grace Thomas (Austin) of Chadbourn, N. C. and Brianna Thomas of Whiteville, N. C.; and his great-niece Alayna Grace Sanders of Chadbourn, N. C..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Western Prong Baptist Church (167 Peacock Rd, Whiteville, NC 28472). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
