He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Donald Williams and Velma Clark. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams; his daughter Crystal Lynn Williams of Loris, SC; and his stepchildren, Amy Hilburn (Dawayne) of Whiteville and Scott Smith (Robin) of Whiteville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
