He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hamilton and Maragret Rich; and his siblings, Bobby Hamilton, Gregory Hamilton, Scarlet Hamilton and Eloise Packer.
He is survived by: his wife Clarissa Hamilton; his sons, Bobby Hamilton (Amelia) of Whiteville, Ray Dixon (Kristy) of Carolina Beach and Jamie Hamilton (Renee) of Jefferson, SC; his brother Jimmy Hamilton (Helen) of Rocky Point; his grandchildren, Kaya Hamilton, Nash Hamilton, Brandon Dixon and Alyssa Dixon; and his great grandchild Noah James Dixon.
