With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Linwood Fowler of Whiteville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 13, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Fowler and Mary Idell Nealey Fowler; his wife Shelvie Jean Fowler; and his siblings, Bobby Fowler, Ruby Hammond, Jerry Fowler and Laura Faye Tyler.
He is survived by: his children, Frankie Fowler (DeAnn) of Whiteville and Eddie T. Fowler (Robyn) of Chadbourn; and his siblings, Judy Mundy (Steve), Esther Thompkins and Floyd Fowler. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
