She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Dellinger and Moses Teague; and her husband Rev. Jack Church. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Church Goodman and Steven Church of Lenoir; her brother-in-law Ralph Edward Church; and her sibling's children, Michelle Church Huffman and Jeffrey Dale Bryant.
