She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Summers and Ardell Bynum Summers; her grandson Stephen; her siblings, Alonzo Summer, Julia Mae Sims and Elizabeth Lash; and her husband Alfred Eugene Raleigh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eugenia Louise Wheeler of Glenn Dale, MD and Minerva Smith (Clinton Smith Sr.) of Whitsett, NC; her grandchildren, Clinton, Jr., Vanessa, Monica (Mark) and Laurie; her great grandchildren, Deontrae, Danius, Armani and Kaila; her great great grandchildren, Aniya, Londyn, Jaylen and Jeremiah; and her grandchild Cameran. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
