He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Dennis Fogleman, Jr. and Helen Allred Fogleman; and his siblings, Linda Clapp and Michael Fogleman. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Fogleman; his son Jason Fogleman (Jennifer); his grandsons, Joseph and James Fogleman; his siblings, Dennis Fogleman, Sylvia Stockwell (George) and Randy (Mary Garrett); his children, William Maness, Chad Maness, Morgan Maness and Joy Washington; and his granddaughters, Cheyenne Maness, Raylan Maness, Madisson Washington and Illyana Washington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Urgent Church to support the Hope Center Addiction Recovery project.
