He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Frank Rudd and Bill Page. He is survived by: his daughter Kylie Page; his wife Karlene O'Shea Page; his parents, Mike Page and Tammy Page; his sister Morgan Bowen (Kris); his grandmothers, Willie Mae Page and Ruth Rudd; and his nieces and nephews, Kinley, Kaison Bowen, Madelyn, Elaina, Jack LaRusso, Joseph and Jeremiah Hilton. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and his new extended family.
