She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Sutton and Elvary Sutton; her husband Bobby Greene; and her siblings, Tine Parker, Arnold Sutton and Mildred Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Greene (Deena), Deloris Smith (David) and Darlene Shepherd (Johnny); her grandchildren, Crystal Smith, Christina Smith (Adam), Amber Shepherd (WT), Joshua Shepherd (Kayla), Ashley Elders and Rebecca Strickland (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Mykenize Shepherd, Hayden Holden, Peyton Holden, Aiden Smith, Emery Smith, Evan McFalls, Tyler McFalls, Reagan Elders, Brody Elders, Emmrah Strickland and Waverly Strickland; and her siblings, Barbara Tabor, Maelee Cabe, Marie Camby, Becky Marr, Shirley Byers and Bobby Sutton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crisp Funeral Home (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
