She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Cochran and Louella Cochran of Bryson City; her sisters, Edna, Lois and Irene; and her son Raymond Clifford Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Parker; her daughter Darlene Cagle; her grandchildren, Chad Cagle (Michelle), Amanda Cagle Murajda (Roger), Tasheena Parker (Will) and Mitchum Turpin; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Aleah, Hannah and Shelby.
