She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Bailey and Addie Ferguson Bailey; her husband Paul Holland Cockeran, Sr.; and her siblings, Doug Bailey, Dean Bailey, Buster Bailey, Barbara Ann Armstrong and Cathy Martin.
She is survived by : her sons, Paul H. Cockeran, Jr. of Wilkesboro, NC and Brian S. Cockeran; her siblings, Tenia Bailey Potts (John) of Charlotte, Sandra Bailey of Mooresville, NC, Robert "Sonny" Bailey, Jr. (Jewell) of Eden and William "Billy" Bailey (Yetta) of Salisbury; her grandsons, Elliott T. Cockeran, Paul H. Cockeran III and Ethan T. Cockeran; and her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Bailey of North Wilkesboro, Tola Martin Bailey of North Wilkesboro, Ruth Becknell of Wilkesboro and Nelson Martin of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
