She was predeceased by : her parents, Doc Call and Fannie Belle Parker; her husband Elmer Williams; her children, Lisa Church and Jimmy Williams; and her siblings, Sybil Love (Bill), Evelyne Parker, Ray Parker and Johnny Parker.

She is survived by : her children, Betty Wagoner (Silas) of North Wilkesboro, Janice Brooks (Mark) of North Wilkesboro, Kathy Brown of Wilkesboro, Ruth Porter (Sam) of Wilkesboro, Rhoda Smithey (David) of Wilkesboro, Debra Benge of Ferguson, Brenda Roland (Danny) of West Jefferson, Dean Williams (June) of Ferguson, Randy Williams of Wilkesboro and Rev. Mark Williams of Wilkesboro; and her brother Clay Parker of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by thirty one grandchildren, fifty four great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
