He is survived by : his parents, Louis Scott and Tamara Carlyon Fracassi; his son Killian Ray Fracassi of Wilkesboro; his brothers, Nicholas Scott Fracassi of Wilkesboro and Matthew Thomas Fracassi (Megan) of Wilkesboro; his grandmother Sandra Carlyon; and his niece Mattie Elise Fracassi. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
