He is survived by: his mother Janet Elaine Johnson; his stepfather Kenneth Johnson of Wilkesboro; his sons, Aaron Church (Emma) of Rock Creek and Jordan Church (Bailey) of Ronda; his siblings, Sandra Wyatt (James) of Wilkesboro, Shannon Adams (Daniel) of Statesville, Shane Church (Wendy) of Oakboro and Davey Johnson (Crystal) of Hamptonville; and his granddaughter Peyton Grace Church.
