She is survived by: her husband Guillermo "Willie" Narez Hurtado; her children, Robert Narez, Kim Jimenez (Emeterio Meza) and Jessica Agua-Hedionda (Jeremy Santos); her siblings, Darryl Combs (Carolyn), Michael Combs, Donald Combs and Janice Combs; and her brother-in-law Steven Bauguess. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elkin Funeral Service (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621).
