He was predeceased by: his parents, E. M. Huffman and Evelena Huffman; his brothers, Eddie Huffman and Terry Huffman Sr.; and his friend Rev. Norman Pardue.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Forren Huffman; his children, Treasa Huffman Edmiston (Scott) of Moravian Falls and Jeremy Allen Huffman (Melissa) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Tammie Huffman Watson (Daniel) of Ferguson, Trevor Huffman of Wilkesboro, Tucker Huffman of Wilkesboro, Isaac Edmiston of Moravian Falls and Ian Byrd of Moravian Falls; his great grandchild Parker Louise Watson of Ferguson; his siblings, Roger Huffman (Sandy) of Millers Creek, Danny Huffman (Cynthia) of Purlear, Everette Huffman (Amanda) of Hays, Marty Huffman of Cricket, Judy Pardue (Charles) of Boomer and Sharon Griffin (Michael) of Moravian Falls; and his stepmother Elzina Huffman of Cricket. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Congo Pentecostal Holiness Church (303 Holiness Church Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Congo Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery (303 Holiness Church Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
