She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Welborn and Boyde Church Welborn; her husband Bobby McDaniel; her son Brad McDaniel; and her brothers, Junior Welborn and Gerald Welborn.
She is survived by : her daughters, Elaine Whitley (Jason) of North Wilkesboro and Jody Tharpe (Eddie) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Rebecca Long (Travis), Jason Seth Whitley (Jamie), Brittney Meier (Jack), Ashley McDaniel and Jarred McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Braxton Long, Joah Long, Micah Whitley, Mikalyn Whitley, Ever Grace and Addison Faith Meier; and her sisters, Geneva Byrd (Douglas) of Roaring River, Jean Pardue of North Wilkesboro and Judy Brooks (Kenneth) of North Wilkesboro.
