With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Josephine Billings Dickey of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Billings and Lona Adams Billings; her husband Elton Dickey; her son Tony Gentry; and her siblings, Fern Elledge, Irene Driskill and Don Billings.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Gentry-Martin (Chad) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Mark Grayson McNeill (Janine) of Wilkesboro, Daniel Doerflinger (Erin) of Charlotte, Rachael Perez of Florida and Anthony Gentry of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Doerflinger, Joseph Doerflinger, Eli Doerflinger, Jett McNeill, Eva Perez, Stella Perez and Savanna Gentry.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mountlawn Memorial Park (196 Fan Key Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
