She was predeceased by: her parents, Clate McNeil and Mary "Sue" Hollar McNeil; and her brother Ralph McNeil. She is survived by: her husband George Barnett; her children, Julie Moore of North Wilkesboro, Nick Moore (Alan) of Charlotte and Rev. Joey Moore (Lisa) of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, Megan McDonald (Alex), Erin Mullins (Kevin), Jordan Moore and Quinn Moore.
