Shumate of North Wilkesboro; her daughter Jessica Ruth Daisey (Daniel, Jr.) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Garrett Clendenen, Klover Hart, Benjamin Daisey and Daniel Daisey, III; her sisters, Tonya Blackburn of Asheville and Rhonda Rice of Crestview, Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Marina Oshel, Cherish Hollis, Austin Blackburn and Matthew Parsons.
