He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Campbell and Evelyn Bare Campbell; and his brother Jimmy Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Ares McNeil Campbell (Debra) of Millers Creek, Bertha Sue Campbell of West Jefferson, Terry Lynn Gonalez (Alex) of Salisbury and Jerry Lee Campbell (Jessica) of North Wilkesboro; and his brother Johnny Wiley Campbell of Franklin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
