She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Brinegar and Rosetta Harrold Brinegar; and her sister Martha (Billy Athan). She is survived by: her daughter Rosann Powell (Claude) of Boomer; her granddaughter Vera Lynn Powell of Boomer; her stepgrandchildren, Hayley Cappelli (Vincent) of North Wilkesboro and Isaac Powell of Boomer; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ayden, Masyn, Dominic and Thea; her brother Kyle Stephen Brinegar of North Wilkesboro; her niece Vernay Swaim; her great-niece Alexx Hill; her great-nephew Jonah Vittoe; and her friends, Shelia Nichols and Amy Michalski. She is also survived by other loving nieces, great nephews and family.
