He is survived by : his parents, Lewis Junior and Sarah Treadaway Johnson; his wife Kimberly; his daughter Emma Johnson; his brothers, Lewis (Lorie Johnson) of North Wilkesboro and Michael (Cara Johnson) of Wilkesboro; his nieces and nephews, William Johnson, Kacee Johnson, Evan Johnson, Eli Johnson, Ean Johnson, Kourtney Whitley, Jeremiah Johnson and Levi Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Phil, Noi Everson and Phillip (Hannah Everson).
