He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Silas and Nancy Louise Locklear Fulk; and his siblings, Ruth Rhodes, Rita Hall and Sidney Fulk.
He is survived by: his wife Dina Church Fulk; his children, Ashley Nichols Royal (Adam) of North Wilkesboro, Franklin John Fulk of Fayetteville and Gary Vance Nichols (Cindi) of Stoney Point; his siblings, Linda Hutchins (Phillip) of Winston-Salem, Gail Garbo (Joseph) of Brookhaven, MS, Silas Fulk of Clemmons, Riley Fulk (Beate) of Las Vegas, NV. and Gary Fulk (Hazel) of Cameron; and his grandsons, Wesley Thomas Fulk, Lance Bowman and Josh Bowman.
